The washroom wasn’t clean at all there were underwear left behind and tub was dirty I’m supposed to be refunded for that inconvenience.

Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West
This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us.

Clean and comfortable room, quick check in, easy parking, decent breakfast. Elevator not working but the staff would help get your luggage upstairs. Pool too cold to use.
