“They try really hard and are super nice. It’s an old property and has a lot of limitations, but the front desk staff really went out of their way to be nice and do the best they could with limited resources. I really wish there had been air conditioning and the pillows and towels had been nicer. Having to keep the windows open for cooling caused secondary noise issues because moderate noise in neighboring rooms was much more audible.
