We loved the location. It was easy to travel around Kobe and organise the day trips. The check-in was smooth and most important information was shared with us on arrival, so the stay was easy and comfortable.

We did a quick one night in Kobe and stayed at the Centurion hotel. This was a very nice and clean hotel with great amenities and close to train station. Our family room was large with many beds and super clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was okay not the best. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

Good location right near Kobe station. Conveniently located near convience stores. Staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and felt looked after. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Parking slightly expensive just outside but not the hotels fault; to be expected as right near the main station. Would stay again.

The walls were a bit thin (we had someone yelling at the kid most of the night next to us), but the room itself was amazing. After a couple nights on harder beds, this bed was like a cloud. The room was very spacious with plenty of room to be able to open our luggage and spread out. The only downfall was our view of the wall right next door, but when you are in a city, someone has to have the wall view.

I booked a two bedrooms so when we checked in we did get a two bedrooms which is one room with four beds and one living room which was too many beds for us cuz we just had 2 people just needed 2 beds, however the bedrooms have smoking smell so we requested changing room, and were changed to a normal hotel room has two beds but no bedroom at all. So we asked for discount but they never got back to me, and the restroom wall has one wall under the sink kept falling off and prevented us go closer to the sink we had to use some tower to make it upwards for them :) so to access to the sink.

神戸に宿泊する時はいつも利用しており、個人的に神戸の定宿としています。ホテルは神戸駅北側の三ノ宮寄りに位置しており、JRを利用する際に便利ですし、阪急・阪神・山陽電車を利用する場合も湊川神社横の高速神戸駅が徒歩数分です。なにより、神戸駅北側は静かで落ち着いていて静かに過ごせるところがとても良いです。ホテルも落ち着いた内装で静かに落ち着いて過ごせますし、スタッフの対応も丁寧で好感が持てます。正直言って、あまり素晴らしいと評価することでみんなが利用して予約が取りにくくなると嫌なので、お勧めしたくないと思うくらい、神戸エリアでベストのお気に入りホテルです。

お部屋は綺麗でした。駅前なので移動しやすい。提携の駐車場は少し歩きます。ロビーで駐車場の割引券もらえます。気になる点、セキュリティーです。道路沿いのエレベーターで各階の宿泊フロアに直に行けるので、少し心配でした。エレベーターに宿泊の方しか乗れないシステムがあれば安心かなと思います。
