Location is near the train station, receptionists spoke fluent English, polite and was easy to communicate with. Room cards are made of wood with comfortable touch. Room was clean and neat, bed and pillows were comfortable.

Something smells

The fact that the room was a bit old was not an issue, but there was a strong animal-like odor throughout the room. I tried to address it using an air purifier, the air conditioner, and deodorizer spray, but these measures were not very effective, and I had trouble sleeping as a result

It is very close to the center of the city. Walking distance from trains and airport limousine buses. Surrounded by restaurants and bars but the street is off from the busy area where all entertainment and shopping areas are located. The hotel itself is super clean and spacious for the Japanese standard. It is not the five star one but much better than most of reasonable hotels. Most of essential items are in the room already.

布団をめくったら血痕がありゾッとした。元々シーツに付いてたのをそのままメイキングしたのか、メイキングしたスタッフが付けてしまったの不明だがどちらにせよありえないと思った。 配送の件でフロントスタッフに聞いたら丁寧な言葉で対応は良かったが、終始話が噛み合わないところが多く腑に落ちないままだったので次の日違うスタッフに同じ話をしたらすんなり解決したので、なにか質問をし腑に落ちないことがあったら他のスタッフにもう一度聞くことをおすすめする。 夜チェックインのため駅からホテルへ歩いたが、ホテルまでは水商売のお店が多く客引きの女性や男性がたくさん。ホテルまで色んな行き方があるのかもしれないので夜チェックインの際は子供連れは注意が必要。 ホテル周りは静かでよかった。 総合で私は二度と宿泊はしないかな、と思います。

ドライヤーの風が、微風すぎて、一生乾きそうにないなと思いました。しかも、温風ではなく冷風のみ。家族４人の髪の毛を乾かすには３時間かかっても無理そうでした。 ドライヤーを変えて欲しいとフロントに連絡したところ、1回目の連絡では断られ、2回目の連絡で変えていただけたので、まだよかったのですが、1回目の連絡で変えていただきたかったです。 自宅のドライヤーを持って行けばよかったので、それを失念した自分の責任でもありますが…。
