大雪に見舞われ急遽予約をさせていただいたにも 関わらず駐車場スペースの雪かきをしてくださった 受付スタッフの対応に感謝です ありがとうございました。 ただその後、部屋の変更をお願いしたスタッフに 舌打ちをされ、以降ずっと無視されたので スタッフ評価を最悪にさせていただきました。

連泊時の部屋清掃について説明がなかったこと、食堂でトレー類を下げる係員を宿泊客が避ける場面が多く見られるなど、ホスピタリティ的には今ひとつと感じました。 大浴場含め、館内の清潔感はありました。

清潔なので普通には過ごせました

掃除は行き届いていて清潔感は問題ありません。ただ最近建ったホテルにしては設備がチープに感じました。部屋はまだ新しいのに空気清浄機の配線が後付け工事してあったり、トイレも洗浄便座もえらく旧型のもののようで、水洗音がとても大きくびっくりしました。ユニットバスのシャワーは水栓湯栓の２つしかなく適温での一時止水はできません。ドアのダンパーはほとんど効いておらず勢いよく閉まります。USB充電設備はありません。とにかく細かいところを上げたらキリがないですが、まあ普通に過ごすには清潔で気持ちがいいホテルではありました。

大満足のホテルでした。 コスパ最高だと思います。 部屋の広さはそれなりのホテルな感じの広さですが、とてもきれい、清潔です。 ディナーも朝食もそんなに期待してなかったのですが、 とても美味しかったのでびっくりです。 さらに感動したのがホテルの従業員の方が本当に丁寧親切で、予約の手違いや、小さい子供への臨機応変な対応に素晴らしくて感謝です。 とても良い思い出の旅になりました。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

まだ新しい施設とのことで、設備の清潔さなどは文句無しです。また、私は朝食バイキングだけでしたが、料理は品数も充分で、地元の特産品なども並んでいて魅力的なものでした。次に利用するなら夕食もこちらでいただきたいです。 ただ、立地がやや悪く、富士急ハイランドの日中の利用については朝の送迎バスがあるので問題なさそうですが、コニファーフォレストでのイベントの際には多少の手間がかかったところだけは注意です。
