“We absolutely loved our 7 night stay and didn’t want to leave. The location is extremely peaceful with incredible views. Our room (honeymoon villa room 7) was spacious, comfortable and modern. We had unobstructed ocean views and was a treat to wake up to. The cleaning was excellent with room left spotless and great attention to detail (replacing used amenities etc). “Best views on Koh lipe due to raised position. Staff very helpful with any requests we had. Not luxurious or polished but a nice quiet position, a hammock on each veranda with excellent views from rooms and breakfast area. Lots of steep and uneven steps to take in to mind if you plan to visit”

“(As most hotels in this location do) is not good for the price. I found roaches in my room. Many mosquitoes. And Breakfast was soso. The location is a bit far from Walking Street. So it was good not to crowd people on the beach. Most of the staff had a smile. But one staff (maybe she is a supervisor) seemed to discriminate against customers.”

“This our 3rd stay at the property and as previously staff are very friendly and helpful. Value for money is good but the rooms and facilities are due for some TLC. The one complaint I would say is that the beach beds are used by people who are not guests at the hotel which I find disappointing as all the other hotels along the beachfront have signs advising for guest use only. Considering you pay a premium for a beachside location and you can’t get a sunbed in your own hotel due to outsiders...

“We were traveling with our 2 teenager children so we booked the family room with 2 beds that sleep 4. Unfortunately the room does not match the 8 star rating this has on Expedia. The shower didn't work and the sink was very slow to drain. We are from Canada and our 3 prong electric adapter didn't fit the 2 prong ones in the room. Overall id give this particular room a low score. But we did peak into the bungalow they had for 2 people and they looked lovely. So maybe just the big family room...
