Highly recommended! The Property and the Villas are immaculate. Beautiful grounds, sparkling pools, clean and modern rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast and cafe items available in the lobby. There is a 7-Eleven store 2 minute walk from the lobby! You can walk to some restaurants and businesses, but you’ll be walking along a rather busy road — it’s around 15 minutes walk to the local town. We only wished that this wonderful property were on the north side of...

Everything is as pictured. Staff was great and very helpful! Top notch.

We enjoyed our stay, good breakfast options delivered to our villa every morning, stunning view from the top floor villas

Nice villa with great view

Wow, there's so much to say about these amazing villas. Everything was just wonderful - the location, the villas themselves, and the staff. The villas are so interesting and unique and impeccably maintained. The staff was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond numerous times. Do know that the villas are at the top of a very steep side road that cannot easily be walked, however their driver, Steve, provides nearly 24/7 driving service via a cell phone that the villas provide for your...

We stayed here for three nights on a diving trip. This is a relatively new private villa overlooking Shark Bay on the south side of the island. It has a private pool with breathtaking sunset views. The property manager Nicky was very communicative and gave us a lot of good suggestions relating to our particular interests for the island. Would definitely recommend to others and will be planning to stay here my next trip to the island!

We had a great time. My family stayed in the Beach Rose Villa that was ocean front. This part of our Thailand trip was for rest and relaxation.

little bit away from main street, but only little,10 min walk, but manager is there willing to help anytime. We used deluxe suite, had some small problems about wifi...very nice, everybody is polite, nice decorated room, lcd tv,some problems with locks.

Easy to get around

Do not stay in villa p3 loud music offsite nearby and obstructed view by trees

Nice enough place. Nice small pool. Clean room. [Wifi wasn't working.]

Reading some of the reviews here made me almost cancel the reservation people. Please be kind when you review a place that the only shortcoming it’s is location on the hills on top of the seashore, which was a perfect location for us to feel loved was for bedroom amazing view, amazing pool. Everything was just perfect. There is a need to take a ride from the bottom of the hill to the top of the place where the villa is how ever it’s worth while, you can get a taxi driver to pick you up for a few...

The pool is actually much bigger than the pictures and room are so big. hotel location is not that good if you planning to party. there is almost nothing around the hotel and you have to walk at least 15 minutes to the first restaurant to eat. also all the restaurant and the stores in the area closing in 22:30.

We stayed for 10 nights during the off-season, so there were never more than a few guests. The staff did a great job taking care of us, always having a wonderful breakfast ready, and providing transportation to Chaweng Beach. The property is a few miles away from the busy area, and requires transportation to really do anything. They provide a free shuttle to their other property on Chaweng Beach, Montien House, which was great, and located near everything in Chaweng. It is also possible to...

This place was everything and then some! Very accommodating, flexible, personal and welcoming. Daily room cleaning, security around the clock and spectacular view with a small but very clean beach! -The American Family-

I don’t think you should ever try to charge people a 10% surcharge for using a credit card. You shouldn’t try to profit off a credit card transaction. I can understand you wanting to recoup your fees, but to try to make an additional 5% from a credit card. Not cool. Everything else was amazing. The staff is incredible. Obviously the staff doesn’t choose what the credit card fees are so this is really something for the owner to figure out.

Amazing villa, we had our great anniversary there. 3 bedrooms which are very clean and neat. If you are looking for luxury, this is yiur choice.
