Hotel facilities seemed a bit old but very clean and comfortable to stay for 5 nights.  Also, all staff members there were really nice, kind and very helpful so no complaints at all till we left.  Highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for any good place to stay in Kolkata, especially for the people trying to volunteer at the Mother House like us as it takes about only 10 minutes on foot from hotel to Mother...
