Leider hat sich die Anreise aufgrund von Unfallbedingten Stau verzögert so das wir erst um 19:30 angereist sind, dies haben wir telefonisch angekündigt und es hieß es wird Abendessen im Rahmen der HP zurück gehalten. Was wir bekommen haben 1 Scheibe Käse 1 Scheibe Wurst 2 Scheiben Brot etwas Gurke Paprika. Es wurde nichts warmes angeboten und das für den HP Preis einfach traurig. Das Restaurant schließt um 18 Uhr was ich einfach viel zu früh finde .

Es wird kein Deutsch gesprochen. Und bei Deutschen Gästen versuchen die Damen an der Rezeption prinzipiell mehr zu berechnen. Bei uns war es der Parkplatz, er sollte plötzlich 30 statt 20 zloty laut ihrer eigenen Internetseite kosten.

Zimmer ordentlich, groß und sauber. Ansonsten wird das Hotel offensichtlich nur zuende benutzt. Im Parkbereich Schlammpfützen. Am Hintereingang zerrostet eine E Klasse mit Plattfüßen. Das Personal nimmt im Restaurant keinen Blickontakt auf . Wenn dann schon endlich das Buffet aufgefüllt wird bleiben schon mal die leeren Schüsseln stehen. 10 Minuten oder länger keine Butter, kein Rührei, kein Speck ist Dauerzustand. Die Marmeladengläser werden seit vielen Wochen nur aufgefüllt und nicht ausgetauscht.Die Deckel sind schon bisschen ekelig. Keiner der Serviceleute hat die Leitung. Konzeptionsloses Tun im Schonschritt. Deutsch sprechen - Fehlanzeige. Das was man als Englisch meint ist fragwürdig. Im Schwimmbad hängt teilweise großflächig die Deckenverkleidung herunter. Der Bademeister Bonsaigorilla besteht auf Englisch und das was dann kommt kann man nur erahnen. Der typische Fall von vollkommen fehl am Platz. Nur eine Sauna in Betrieb, Corona hilft Strom und Arbeit sparen. Offensichtlich scheinen Hausmeister, Putzkolonne und Co zu einer Fremdfirma zu gehören. Das passt und wirkt vom Verhalten und Ergebnis gut. Ansonsten ist alles fest in russischer Hand auf der Gästeseite. Das heist mit Trainingsanzug und Gummibadeschlappen zum Frühstück. Aber wenn der Service schon Turschuhe trägt? Kolberg ist schön, der Preis könnte gut sein aber da müsste eben mal einer her, der die Pinguine in die Hand nimmt.

Miło i przyjemnie

Po przeczytaniu innych komentarzy byłam trochę przerażona , jednak pobyt był przyjemny . Miła obsługa w recepcji , szybkie załatwienie spraw meldunkowych . Śniadanie super , bardzo duży wybór , dobra kawka i rogaliki na deser . Pokój duży , wysprzątany , pościel czysta 😀👍basen i sauna tez ok .Widok z okna średni , ale poza tym pobyt bardzo przyjemny 😉

Dobry hotel, spokój i komfort w sezonie jesiennym.

Hotel położony blisko szerokiej plaży ( 10 min. ) i parku. Sprawia dobre wrażenie już od wejścia. Obsługa miła , uprzejma i sprawna. Pokój przestronny, pokryty wykładziną, duża łazienka. Duże stołówki, swobodny dostęp do stolików - bez kolejek. Smaczne i urozmaicone potrawy na śniadania i obiadokolacje. Strefa SPA z dwoma basenami i szerokim wachlarzem zabiegów.

Wenn das Personal etwas netter und zuvorkommender wäre, könnte man über manche Sachen hinwegsehen. Es gab nur zwei junge Mädchen im Speisesaal die sehr nett waren aber weder Englisch noch Deutsch sprachen, an einer Sprachbarriere kann es wohl nicht gelegen haben.

Ok boende med både plus och minus.

Rummen var helt ok. Städningen var väl sparsam och inte så grundlig. Entrén på hotellet saknar helt lampor så på kvällen är där helt mörkt och det är inte så bra med tanke på trapporna. Baksidan av hotellet ser ut som ett skrotupplag med fallfärdiga hus mm trots att det ligger på hotellets mark. Frukosten och pooldelen är bra och väl värda pengarna.

Das Schwimmbad war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Spa Bereich hätten wir gerne genutzt, aber es gab keine Informationen dazu. Es wäre nicht schlecht, wenn es im Zimmer eine Mappe mit Informationen gäbe. Wir fahren nicht mehr hin.

Bis auf wenige war das Personal sehr unhöflich und genervt. Verständigung nur in polnisch möglich. Englisch kaum, Deutsch gar nicht. Im Kleiderschrank haben wir eine alte Unterhose gefunden.. Einrichtung sehr abgewohnt. Kabel hingen im Badezimmer aus der Wand. Abendbrot wäre in einer Jugendherberge besser gewesen. Altes Brot, wenig Auswahl bei Wurst und Brot. Zu Trinken nur Tee oder Limo. Frühstück ok, jedoch nur ein Kaffeeautomat für alle Gäste.. Kein frisches Obst oder Säfte nur süße Limonaden. Beim Check in/ out nur 1 Person an der Rezeption, also langes Warten vorprogrammiert..

Rozczarowani.

Minusy brak szlafroków, trzeba sobie dokupić przez co zejście na basen musi odbywać się w ubraniu. Na basenie szafki nie zamykane. Na obiadokolację udaliśmy się po 18 i nas rozczarowała. Syn trochę niejadek musiał zadowolić się chlebem z żółtym serem. Poza tym w pojemnikach na ciepły posiłek pustki i zasadniczo nikt nie kwapił się aby dołożyć. Za to śniadanie już lepsze. Wybór standardowy jak w wielu hotelach. Brak kosmetyków w łazience poza mydłem do rąk. Brak ręcznika do wychodzenia spod prysznica. Brak zestawy do kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Zasadniczo były tylko 3 szklanki nawet wody nie dali. Na plus trzeba zaliczyc podgrzewana podloge w łazience. Jak na pierwszy mój pobyt w tym hotelu to wydaje mi się że więcej z własnej woli wiecej tam nie pojade. Cena też stosunkowo wysoka jak na takie warunki.

Die Unterkunft war OK, das Essen war prima. Das Personal spricht bzw. versteht leider kein deutsch, auch mit englisch war es nicht immer so einfach! Es gibt Sat-TV nur in polnisch. Deutsche oder englische Fernsehsender Fehlanzeige! W-LAN kann im Zimmer kaum genutzt werden, es ist viel zu schwach.

Trochę opryskliwa pani w recepcji. Hotel ogólnie czysty ale zaniedbany pod względem technicznym. Oszczędności na każdym kroku, począwszy od ohydnej kawy w restauracji a skończywszy na słabym oświetleniu w pokoju i w łazience. Po za tym wszystko w porządku, jedzenie dobre.

Hotel dosyc dobry,pokoi 307 wygodny z dwoma pojedynczymi lozkami (ok dla szczoplej osoby),materace wygodne.W lazience brakowalo wieszakow na reczniki ,po ktorych zostaly miejsca.Dostepna TV ,duzo miejsca na bagaze .Po przyjezdzie w recepcji warto poprosic o szlafroki,ktore przydadza sie na basen i do SPA. Nam nie zapoponowano przy przyjezdiz ,takze warto sie upomniec. Sniadanie obwite w formie bufetu.Moze warto zamowic obiadkolacje poniewaz w HOTELU NIE MA RESTAURACJI i czynny jest tylko jeden bar przy basenie.Barman dwoi sie i troi -robi dobra prace.

Naja... Eher unterdurchschnittlich!!!

Eher typisch polnisch ! Zimmer unsauber, Socken der letzten Gäste lagen noch im Schrank. Im Bad der Spiegel gerissen, unisolierte Kabel hingen frei im Raum. Das Frühstück würde ich als sehr einfach bezeichnen... Der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel ist weder gepflastert noch abgeschlossen. Insgesamt würde ich den Aufenthalt als unterdurchschnittlich bezeichnen.

Nicht nochmals.

Frühstück eintönig jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Kalte zähe Brötchen,immer die selben Wurst und Käsesorten. Der Pool super groß ein Wirpool mehr Bluberbad,Saunalandschaft sehr spartanisch. Masagenangebot super. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel spricht zu sagen mal zu 95% kein deutsch besser russisch,französisch, englisch ambesten natürlich politisch. Parkplatz eine Katastrophe. Also mit 3,5 Sterne gibt es bessere und vor allem preiswertere Hotels.

Nettes Hotel

Das Personal war freundlich. Bis zum Strand waren es ca. 500m. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber das Bad ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig( loser Putz über der Dusche und lose Kabel ohne Funktion). Wir haben das Hotel für ein Kurztripp gebucht.
