Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, mit tollem Ausblick. Eins der 2 Schlafzimmer hatte lediglich eine Glasfront als Tür, wenn man Privatsphäre benötigt, ist das nicht optimal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - sehr große Auswahl, sehr lecker! Der Ruheraum im Wellnessbereich könnte etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden.

Das Hotel kann als gut bezeichnet werden, erfüllt jedoch nicht die Standards eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Die Zimmer waren nicht komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten, die klein und unbequem waren. Uns wurden lediglich drei kleine Einzelbetten angeboten, obwohl wir als Ehepaar gereist sind und daher ein Doppelbett zu erwarten gewesen wäre. Während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts haben wir keinerlei Zimmerservice erhalten. Insgesamt war der Service im Zimmer sehr schlecht für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und für den Preis, den man bezahlt. Das Frühstück ist zwar abwechslungsreich, scheint jedoch eher auf lokale Gäste ausgerichtet zu sein und weniger auf internationale Besucher.

Wir fahren jedes Jahr in das Hotel und haben schon jede Zimmerkategorie ausprobiert. Vor allem mit Kleinkind hat man eine super Auswahl. Im Hotel kann man spielen, planschen und draußen laufen. Wir empfehlen das jedem weiter.

Die Betten waren gut. Die Schlafcouch leider durchgelegen und quietschen. Nur Frühstück gebucht, ausreichlich Auswahl aber wenig Variationen. Nach vier Tagen wünscht man sich Abwechslung. Abendessen einmal als Buffet gebucht. Auch dieses war lecker und divers. Indoorpool/Sauna waren gut. Leider gab es keine Tanzmöglichkeit im Club, der GamingRoom spartanisch h und das Gym eine Katastrophe. Da dürfen gerne einmal alle Geräte erneuert werden.

Tolle Unterkunft und super Hotel Service, die meisten Mitarbeiter konnten deutsch oder englisch. Wünschen wurde nachgekommen und Freundlichkeit war immer an oberster Stelle. Zimmer sind schön und groß. Am Strand kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen.
