The hotel was very central, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty, and the terrace on the top floor was a great place to sit and have breakfast or an evening drink and enjoy the fabulous view of the lake and the town. There were nice touches like a pass for public transportation. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room and tea/coffee making facilities.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old Konstanz. Spacious rooms, lovely rooftop dining with stunning lake views. Walkable to everywhere …. Would stay here again and again. Beautiful stay at Hotel Viva Sky, Konstanz

Good amenties. Room with balcony. Spacious room with lots of storage space, safe. High quality breakfast buffet, on the 8th floor, inside or outside, with a spectacular view of Konstanz. Great location, near train station, old city, shopping, transportation. Lots to see and do. As seniors, a very safe place. 5 stars!!

I feel some of the reception staff at this hotel though both the hotel and themselves were better than they were. Breakfast staff were lovely and obliging. Room looked dated. Not personable as reception waS on the 8th floor. Breakfast area had magnificent view. I wouldnt stay there again, i didnt enjoy the feel of it.
