Dear Expedia, I am writing a formal complaint regarding Isinda Hotel. I'm struggling to find any good merits to this hotel. How can a place so awful be a part of such a beautiful city? I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting this place is. After I checked in, I discovered the horror of my room. I was only given one towel to use for my face and body and was told that towels are only washed every three days. This is an absolute disgrace. The mattress and pillow have a foul smell and the toilet brush in the bath is incredibly filthy. Their housekeeping is a complete and utter failure. This surely goes against any hygiene regulation that the hotel no doubt should comply with. As I went to use the shower, the shower head fell on my head due to the shower bracket being broken. This is a breach of health and safety. My room failed to have any basic essentials such as soap and handwash, a kettle, iron, hair or dryer. The TV was not working and nor was the AC cool enough. Additionally a further problem is the fact that there are no blinds and the curtains, are soo thin. As soon as the sunraises it's impossible to sleep. I found the staff to be rude and very unhelpful. I complained to the manager regarding my room only to receive a very arrogant reply. I was told there are 30 guest in this hotel and not one has complained, for this reason my complaint was overlook, and the manger had no concern in resolving the issue. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Preisleistunhsverhältnis TOP. Unmittelbar in der Nähe sind viele Restaurants, so dass man die zu Fuß schnell erreichen konnte. Der Strand ist auch nur in ca. 7 Min zu erreichen.

Das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen und ausreichend. Das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Aber was den Zimmerservice betrifft sehr schlecht.Hatte zwei Wochen gebucht,es wurde nicht einmal das Bad gereinigt,von frischer Wäsche ganz zu schweigen.Einmal in diesen zwei Wochen ein frisches Handtuch und Badetuch aber auch nur,weil ich es verlangt habe. Toillettpapier gab es auch nur wenn ich danach gefragt habe. Positiv war,dass sie jeden Tag den Papierkorb ausleerten. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig ,würde dieses Hotel kein zweites mal buchen,und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Önermiyorum

Otel konum olarak çok kötü değil. Fakat hizmet konusunda baya kötüler. Dahil olan kahvaltı gördüğüm en başarısız kahvaltılardan. Odalara gelicek olursak eski odalar, yataklar baya rahatsız ve banyo baya kötü durumda. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum etrafta kalımıcak çok daha iyi oteller var.

Sadece uyumak için güzel bir yer. Kahvaltı, wc, yatak, oda tipi, yatak örtüleri, genel anlamda vasat bir durumda. Şahsen bir daha çok zor orası. Konum olarak iyi otopark sıkıntısı yok ama bunlar yeterli değil. Biraz istekli ve düzenli olunması lazım. Ben memnun kalmadım.

Isinda,a poorly managed hotel

Check-in process was quick and as soon as I moved into the room I had to speak to hotel reception of non-functional fridge,non-availability of soap etc.With strictly turkish speaking staff somehow it is difficult to converse.After you have checked-in no one bothers or takes care of you until you check out. Housekeeping is so poor that toilets are not cleaned or towel are not changed on daily basis.TV has no english channel or even BBC to view.Hotel does not even provide you with 1-2 complimentary bottle of water and they charge you for every drop of water you drink. Hotel boldly adverstise that if you bring any beverage from outside and is seen in your room same shall be charged at hotel rates.Morning breakfast too is poor. Staff has no ability to guide you to see places around. and are generally found lethargic.Restaurant is non-functional except for breakfast Hotel swimming pool remained closed during my stay and it looks has remained non-functional for couple of months. Overall experience is POOR and three star rating provided to them should be brought down to one

Worth going

I was in this hotel for a week and everything was good. The staff and location were especially very well. It takes just 2 or 3 minutes to go to the beach at Konyaaltı. The breakfast is enough, the air conditioner is good and I haven't met any problems. The hotel is quiet, peaceful and there are a lot of hotels and restaurants around the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel because it is both cheap and peaceful.
