Pointed out a shower head issue to the maintenance team. Restaurant serving time was long and requires improving the speed of service. However, Food was tasting good. In general, this hotel is good to stay and recommend as well."

"The hotel itself is decently maintained mostly.. We were greeted with a welcome drink during check in, that was nice! The room was spacious. Housekeeping was mostly on point. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. The pool area was a bit underwhelming though. The reception staff was very cordial and helpful throughout the stay! Some minor things that could be improved - 1. There was only 1 towel and 1 glass of water when we checked in. Considering that the hotel knows that there are 2 guests checking in, this was a bit off putting. But room service promptly brought the other towel and glass when we called. 2. We were given only one key card, considering that there are 2 guests - again this was a bit weird to us. They said that they don't have a second key card for the room. So it was a bit of a hassle for us to share the one."
