Room had a couple of unique and highly appreciated features: overhead light in the middle of the room and door that beeps if not closed fully"

"There are no hooks in the room. No hooks in bathroom and 2 hangers in the closet. A hotel in a ski town should have plenty of places to hang clothes to dry. "

"Requested a double queen room, wasn’t aware of it until check-in, but they gave me a pet friendly room that had a strange smell to it. Air conditioner was very loud too. Was only staying for one night so not a big deal. There is a restaurant in the hotel, not included breakfast. "

"Having the gondola right outside our door was wonderful and being able to ski right to our hotel was also such a delight! The little village is cute, with everything you need right there! Staff were helpful and polite! Room was good!"

"The pool area is nice and with 4 pools at least one pool should be off limits to children. We also had a snafu with the bedding (stained comforter) but once we told the staff it was immediately replaced. "
