“Anaxo Resort isn’t super easy to get to but it is well worth the effort. It’s not hard to get to really, the road is a little narrow and windy but manageable It is a gorgeous place. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and the beds and showers are super comfy. The staff is great - super friendly and helpful. The pool and the bar are fantastic. ”

“Thoroughly recommended. A really comfortable place with a great - and big - pool and huge verandas in each room. Looks pretty new and everything is in very smart condition and rooms very well equipped. Methoni castle and town are a pleasant 25 minutes walk (or 5 minute drive) through countryside and then along the sea shore. There are plenty of good restaurants in Methoni and the hotel gave us very good recommendations. ”

Street parking is a bit challenging, but possible and took about 5-10 min to find a parking spot. About 10 min walk from city center one way or marina other way. 5 min walk to supermarket. ”

“Olympia Villas is a well equipped, lovely home which suited our needs for a stopover before heading to Olympia. Eleni, our host, was excellent and attended to our needs. Check in and check out was well arranged. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to the home by Eleni. Absolutely lovely. The swimming pool was pristine, clean and so refreshing. “Everything about the property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The welcome was excellent and the views from the property were lovely. However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation.”

“We stayed at Sofotel during our first trip to Koroni, and the hotel was perfect for us. Excellent location with lots of parking. The hotel overlooks the giant bay — you can see all the way across to Kalamata. The hotel proprietor George and all the staff were super friendly and had excellent local restaurant and beach recommendations. “We had an amazing three day stay at Filoxenia last week! The service was second to none! Everyone from the front desk, maids, wait staff were exceptional. Big shout out to Service Manager Adonis and his dedicated staff! Superstars! Adonis made sure we had a gluten free breakfast package for our 6:00 am checkout as we had to catch an early flight!
