“Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean. The location is awesome, in the middle of Koror central, nearby Shopping center, restaurants etc. ”

“I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists”

“팔라우의 숙소 중에 고급형을 제외하면 비슷비슷. 다만 예약 후 매니저와의 메일로 체크인, 체크아웃 시간을 얘기했음에도 불구하고 하루치 숙박비를 더 지불해야 하는 상황이 발생해서 기분이 안좋았음.”

“자연에 파묻혀 있는 것 같은 초록이 우거진 멋진 정원과 방갈로 스타일의 방 분위기가 멋있고 안락해요. 투어를 마치고 온 뒤 자쿠지의 뜨끈한 물에서 온천욕을 할 수 있고 시내까지 셔틀 서비스를 이용할 수 있어 좋았어요. 직원들은 친절하고 방 청소도 깔끔하게 해 주셨어요. 중심지와는 좀 떨어져 있지만 대신 팔라우 박물관이 가까워 걸어서 다녀올 수 있었어요. 다만, 숙소가 오래 되어 시설들은 많이 낡았어요. 자고 있던 침대에서 벼룩인지 베드버그에 물리기도 했구요. 하지만 밤마다 개구리들의 울음 소리를 들을 수 있고 테라스에서 찌짝이나 도마뱀 등을 만날 수 있어 자연을 좋아하는 저와 남편에겐 훌륭한 숙소였어요. ^^”

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service.
