“I arrived at the hotel only to be surprised that they didn't have my reservation. That I had to pay afresh then pursue my full refund from hotel.com. kindly consider reimbursing me the full amount as I was to pay out of pocket when I arrived. Thanks.”

“Staff was lovely. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was delicious. Views were stunning. ”

“The room was with staff available and courteous. The indoor walls towards the stairs can be renovated for better aesthetics. Overall, I enjoyed my stay ”

“Very poor and old infrastructure and charged two to three times most other hotels in the area. TV did not work, WIFI intermittent. Breakfast poor. No bar at 8-9 in the evening, apparently not since last year!! Hotel with restaurant without a bar!!!!! Bed poor. Shower and bathroom dated from 50's and then not good. Bedroom door did not close without locking. Could go on but extremely disappointed and financially it seemed like a fraud.”

“He estado dos días y el segundo no había agua en todo el día. Además me han cobrado otra vez a pesar de haberlo pagado ya online y me han hecho cancelar la reserva. Tienen poco interés”
