Nice hotel in good location
This was our second stay at the hotel - first since Covid. Our room was spacious and clean and overlooked the pool. Loungers were plentiful and there were lots of shady places to put them as well as umbrellas round the pool. Breakfast was much better than we had been led to believe - with fruit, cereals, cooked meats, cheese, yoghurt, bread, honey/jams and cake. There was a nice bar serving reasonably priced drinks and snacks all day with happy hour between 6.00 and 8.00 pm every day. There is a selection of good beach side restaurants within a short walk of the hotel and Kos Town is a 20/30-minute walk (or 8-euro taxi ride) away.

Good location as a short walk from the beach. Can walk to Kos town (25mins) an do boat trips. Lots of restaurants & supermarket close by. Deluxe room was newly refurbished. Cleaner made up room everyday except Sunday. Pool area had plenty of space & loungers and was lovely. Local cat & kitten kept us entertained. 🙂

En general la atención de los empleados es buena. La piscina y su entorno es lo mejor del hotel. Esta un poco lejos del centro de Cos. La playa mas cercana no es nada buena, muchas piedras. El desayuno necesita mejora en la presentación, sin aceite para unas tostadas. El comedor completamente desangelado.

Veldig kort vei til stranden med solsenger og kafeer. Relativt kort vei til sentrum, 20 min gange, 8 min med sykkel. Kjempefine og moderne rom med aircondition. Moderne bassengområdet, med mulighet for å flytte solsenger rundt om på plassen (under trær feks). Generelt kjempefornøyd! Negativt: litt irriterende at det ikke er et røyke og ikke-røyke område ved frokosten! Det er på en måte tre områder med bord, så det hadde ikke vært noen problem og ha ett område uten røyk!!

Excellent stay
Very good hotel in a good location, half hour to walk into Kos Town. We walked it every day but we didn’t bother at night as the tavernas across the road were better and cheaper. We had a deluxe apartment, it was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed except decent wi fi but we had requested a quiet room and were furthest from the main building, it worked fine if I went there. The pool area is really nice and there are loads of sunbeds although we sometimes found there weren’t many available when we went in the afternoon due to people putting there towels out and leaving them unused all day. The pool bar had good snacks and an ok bar at night. All the staff from the reception to the cleaning lady were very friendly. Highly recommended

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και πολύ καθαρό. Ο κήπος ωραίος και καλά φροντισμένος. Το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό. Έχουμε μείνει κι άλλες φορές στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο και κάθε φορά οι εντυπώσεις μας ήταν πολύ καλές.

Udmærket hotel tæt på strand og by
Alexandra Hotel Beach ligger tilbagetrukket men samtidig tæt på både Kos By og fine strande. Beliggenheden betyder, at stedet er dejlig roligt. Vores værelse var ganske fint uden de store dikkedarer. Morgenmaden var kedelig, men derudover var vi fint tilfredse.

It was a great hotel situated on a peaceful part just outside of the town with 4 excellent tavernas on the beach opposite. The hotel was great but the only downside was the hard beds. I found out on the last day when I mentioned it that they had toppers for them so will remember that as definitely going back there next year with my mum. Make sure you hire bikes and go on a sunset beach horse ride and then relax!

Kos Stay
Air conditioning totally insufficient in August temperatures of 36c. Hotel said it was set through Summer, which serms pointless if it's soaring to 40c. Fill of people by the pool by 9am, went 3 days witbout managing to have a sunbed. Cost cutting points that, if addressed, would make for a better all round experience.

Hotel czysty, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Mieliśmy pokój superior o podwyższonym standardzie. Wi fi działa na terenie całego hotelu. Basen mały ale czysty. Leżaków na basenie dużo, nie było problemów z dostępnością. Śniadania monotonne, mały wybór (2 rodzaje wędliny, ser żółty, jajka). Blisko plaża, ale wąska, kamienista. Do piaszczystej trzeba dojechać. W okolicy dużo tawern ze smacznym jedzeniem.

prettige ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg, personeel uitermate vriendelijk. keuze uit kamers/ studio's/ appartementen/ wel of niet ontbijt/ voor ieder wat wils zwembad + tuin goed verzorgd. rustig gedeelte Kos, dicht bij het strand korte afstand naar Kos-stad, fiets, lopen of openbaar vervoer tegenover het Hotel fijne supermarkt Bam Bam, goede selectie producten, vers fruit/ verse broodjes etc. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Al met al een prima plek om je vakantie door te brengen.

Bring your own washing liquid!
So far on our 2nd full-day: we've had to change rooms as wasn't given correct "deluxe" studio. Got told we can leave plates in sink for cleaner as no cleaning products are supplied. Came to room today after cleaners had come, floor had hair ball, food bin left full and sink still with dirty dishes, called reception got told we have to buy our own washing liquid, which seems a waste of product when only staying for a short trip, not economically friendly!!

Welcome to the Alexandra Beach Hotel, We have carefully read your comments and as we always try to have happy clients have tried to see you to have a small chat at the pool bar and the invitation is open whenever is most suitable for you. In any case we would like to point out that on your booking there was no mention of any preferences to twin beds or double beds. Upon arrival you were given the correct deluxe studio which was with a double bed. As the arrival was at midnight and the hotel was fully booked you stayed there for the first night. The next morning straight away we have moved you to a deluxe studio(room 301) with two twin beds. The room 301 was cleaned by the maid before your checked in and the Housekeeper visited on the same day the room at around 12.00 to double check it. The same day late afternoon around 19.00 you wanted the kitchen bin to be emptied because it was full. Although the service is once per day, we did send an afternoon maid to take it away. Please note that we do not have a cleaning service twice a day. As we clean the rooms on a daily basis we do not provide a washing liquid. We are sorry for any misunderstanding. Hopping to meet you soon.

The hotel is quite hidden, and off the main road....Arrived very late (4.30am)...Very tired , Exhausted.... Have asked for a room on ground floor or not too long walk from lift if on upper floor. Got a room on a upper floor, very tired & exhausted, obviously disabled and charged (luggages). Had to go by myself (no help) to lift and to upper floor. And not only the walk to the allocated room was too long for me , but worse there was also another handicap for me, ...that is ...walking up more stairs before reaching the room (with all my luggage...and my crutch...). I missed the breakfast,,,,,as well... Still got the breakfast yellow tip with me though....

It was a very pleasent Hotel to stay for a week. Just perfect as a whole, not too big or too small. The rooms were very clean. Unfortunately we had a twin room so there were two beds. We also needed to use the towels for three days what wasn't mentioned. Overall it was a nice stay with a kind staff and nice guests.

Nice Hotel, very clean and staff excellent.
20 minutes from KOS town in a nice area. Everything about the hotel was great and staff are very relaxed about bringing food and drink into the hotel from aoutside. Great staff, very friendly. Would recommend it. There is also a supper mini mart opposite.
