"view of shibuya scramble matchless! very convenient that airport limousine was just at the back of hotel entrance- level 5. staff spoke english and very pleasant to deal with. However, the lift to front entrance of hotel on the left side of building was very discreetly sign posted and easy to miss especially if you are new to the place. taxi also had a hard time finding the back door driveway. they should specifically state directions to hotel in their website."

Great location for convenience and access to train line, stores and restaurants, all for a very competitive and affordable cost. Breakfast buffet is also reasonable and high quality. We will be back again for our next Tokyo visit!"
