"The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. My futon had two layers and although I like a firm mattress, I did think it was quite sore on my back the 1st night. Common areas include the kitchen, cafe and lounge. "Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. "

"ドミトリーで予約しましたが客が少なかったこともあって個室にしていただきました。スタッフ(オーナー？)の対応はとても良かったです。宿は周辺にコンビニ等はないのでちょっと不便を感じました。部屋にはTVがなかったのですがフリーWIFIがあったのでネットで見ることができたのは良かった。お風呂は近くの道の駅で利用できます、これがなかなか良かった。食堂は近くにありますが、車があれば(私は自転車でした)少し遠出をしたほうがいいですね。"
