“The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The team were extremely polite courteous and helpful. The restaurant is charming. This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !”

“We spent beautiful week in this hotel. Everything was perfect! Apartament, food, weather... Maybe it was a little cold by the pool but it didn't spoil the whole impression. The hotel is in a great location, but it may lack additional parking spaces. ”

“The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). “Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all ”
