"From the moment we arrived I felt like we received white glove service. The staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, inc English. Checking in was super easy for us. They have reserved bath / shower time for the limited shower space but it works & the showers/bath was very nice. We cooked dinner with the supplies given and would definitely come back in the near future. It was a memorable experience with great views of mt Fuji! "

"Wonderful staff and a very nice place. Good views of Mount Fuji and the outdoor private bathtub was great for soaking in some hot water. Check in is really easy (you'll need to use a translation app at times if you don't speak Japanese). "The best place for family/ friends’ staycation! Lovely owners make your trip so special. All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped.
