I really enjoyed my stay here. My room felt spacious and very clean. I will say however it is a 20 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station so if you have a lot of luggage like I did (2 Large Suitcases and a Backpacking bag) I'd recommend using a Taxi or their luggage services to avoid carrying all your luggage around. The staff was very polite and very helpful :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the highlight was the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from our room—it was truly unforgettable. While this hotel was a fair trek from the bus station (about 20 minutes) it was just what we wanted. Our view of Fuji was amazing. The staff was also very nice and brought up our bags while we’re were out touristing. The restaurant attached next door was delicious!! And there was another great restaurant a few doors down that offered hoto noodles. The hotel also had an onsen with a cold pool and massage chairs, which was amazing. I would stay here again.

Having just left a shoe box in Tokyo, the room was very large and well equipped with an amazing Mt Fuji veiw, when she decided to show herself! What stood out was the amazing help we received from the lady manning reception on the day we left.
