편안한 객실과 완벽한 취침 시간
도심과 떨어져 있어서 매번 30링깃의 택시비를 지출해야 함. 그러나 셔틀버스와 투어의 픽업서비스를 이용한다면 경제적일 수 있음. 시티몰 내에 위치해 있어서 다양한 레스토랑과 까페, 수퍼마켓을 이용할 수 있음. 스탠다드룸의 경우 조금 좁긴 함. 매일 청소와 생수를 제공해 줌. 조식은 매일 반찬 메뉴가 바뀌나 맛은 그럭저럭임. 침실은 아늑하고 침대와 베개는 푹신하며, 주변환경이 조용해서 완벽한 취침이 가능함. 직원들이 친절함. 그러나 하우스키퍼의 청소상태는 불량함.(화장실 청소는 쓰레기만 비움, 서랍 안에 쓰레기가 있음, 컵은 씻어두지 않음.)

Good 3 star Hotel but Poorly Maintained
Celyn Hotel is located near a mall which is an ideal location. The hotel furnishing is as good as any 3star hotel however the maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The room and bathroom was not thoroughly clean and had leftovers from the previous guest. I had to personally scrub the bathroom. Bedsheets also had greyish hue to it including the towels rather than the fresh white colour that normal hotels would have. It is ashamed that such a hotel is poorly maintained and it seems as though the management hasn't taken any noticed of it.

Hotel was at a good location... no worry’s on grocery’s even if forgetter to bring along... food was good easily available But hotel walkway was bit warm no aircond.. or air... Inner room wall plugs was not user friendly.. like you got to off the water boiler was not at the right place.. phone and laptop charging was not in a right place .. overall good.. always room for improvement.. keep up the good work..

我和男朋友和佢媽咪一起旅行 到埗時酒店所有房都滿了 我們入住了只有雙人床的房間，但是我book酒店時有註明要兩張單人床。酒店職員馬上就替我們加床，第二天都馬上替我們去換房。 到我們要離開酒店了 職員幫我們call車到機場，我們到了途中，酒店職員打給司機找我們，生怕我們去錯了機場，因為當地一號客運大樓和二號客運大樓十分遠，可見職員十分盡責。

Unfriendly welcome! Takes long minutes to do the checkin. Got smoky smells room, was asking to change the room to none smoking room and waited again.. not enough electric plug in the room.

An okay stay
Had to change room because the air conditioning was not working properly. After change of room the air conditioning was average as well. Not cold enough. On top of that the mall was doing some sort of renovation at night which was very noisy, but hotel staff was kind enough to inform mall management to cease work on hotel side.

The hotel staffs were polite and friendly. The room was clean even though the facility was a bit old. It was good for short stay with a shopping mall nearby. However, it is not recommended if you stay there without your own car. No public transport available. One thing should be improved: the late check out normally comes with a reasonable charge. The hotel's charge was comparably costly at MYR30 per hour while a night stay cost about MYR150. No flexibility to waive or reduce the charges even though i wanted to check out around 4pm.

we booked the room at city mall and soon finally I got wrong because it is far away from the cityb center ,ask the staff to change to cely hotel in town .They are helpful to help me and successfully check in what I want and arrange the local cheap taxi for us . Thanks again.

I thought they would have changed but it's still the same. Dirty bed sheets! I just don't understand why they can't change their cleaners. The only great thing about the hotel is that there is a mall next to it

A terrible hotel
Aircond leak water, door too tight, need lots of strength to push open and close. Even with signage of room maintenance request, they only make the bed, dont clean bathroom, dont refill everything. Request to provide more water was sometimes rejected. No sound proof, noisy cannot sleep. Receptionist was unfriendly and cannot provide correct information.

酒店服务员不诚实
服务员布诚实，我登记的时候询问是否是超大床，服务员说是，而且是再三确认了。上到房间结果只是普通的双人床，要求换房间，服务员却说房间已经爆满了。如此不诚实，没有第二次机会要我到该酒店了

Nice getaway!
It was located quite near to the airport. A mall with a Giant supermarket next door made it so convenient to grab some shopping. The room was clean and hotel interior was clean looks new. I would definitely like to stay here if I do visit again. However the free shuttle service to the other malls were always not available so we ended up taking taxis all the time which can be quite costly.

I have only one major issue with the hotel, they should be providing clean bed sheets and pillow case.The room was also infested with ants. The hotel should consider changing their cleaners
