From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. This is paradise. We only had 24 hours but they were the most relaxing. The people, facilities, food, drinks and the whole experience was exceptional! We were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special!! Great pool and clean new hotel

A very clean and new hotel which exceeded my expectations from the pictures. The pool is particularly amazing, with views over the lake, and we basically had the pool area to ourselves for 2 days. The WiFi does not reach to the pool area and some other areas of the hotel. The restaurant food was good. The staff were friendly but we sometimes we did not get our orders as requested. There was also no one by the pool to take food/drink orders even though a pool bar was advertised. The rooms were a decent size, with good aircon and very comfortable beds.

Loved this property the only improvement for us would be the dinning area to have lower and more ambient lighting to creat a better atmosphere and have the availability of wine with dinner. The bar area was not able to offer many cocktail selection. Kerela has odd alcohol rules not conducive to foreigners. They did provide a small selection of Indian wines but only for consuming in the referectory style dinning room. Other than that the hotel is lovely and the staff were the best so far on our trip 3 weeks so far.

This is barely a 5 star. They are trying hard, but mot quite there yet. No alcohol license. Food is not versatile, and is very spicy. No fire hydrant in the rooms, the main door has an half an inch gap flrom the floor. The 110V outlet does not accommodate the larger prong of US devices, light switches are not very intuitive, smoking on premises by landscape staff, landscape stones/pavers are unsafe and need gap refills. Postives - great traditional breakfast, attentive and prompt staff, very clean, espresso machine, great location.
