Be assured that these works are restricted to daytime hours, and the unfortunate matter you refer to was entirely down to a mistake on the part of our contractors. That said, whilst it is somewhat unavoidable that the guest experience will be impacted in some way during these works, please be assured that we are working hard to minimise this, but I do appreciate the frustration and inconvenience caused.
