Staff was kind and courteous. They always said good morning and said hello. The rooms were cleaned well albeit small. This is expected as we are in the heart of Mong Kok. Very convenient to get everywhere. Also needed a card to get to your floor so it felt safe.

Fun Hong Kong Trip

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel. Youthful and energetic neighbourhood. Close to subway. Staff were great. One thing to note when first arriving is that the main lobby is on the second floor. Room was clean with nice view of Kowloon. We would stay here again.

Perfect hotel location in Kowloon. The hotel staff were nice. However, the mattress was a nightmare — it felt like a waterbed, extremely soft and uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep. The mattress should definitely be replaced. There was also a damp, musty smell in the room

Good accommodation for budget travelers

Love the location, just a few steps away from everything, also in a relatively peaceful block away from the crowds. Front staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfort.

The hotel is dated. The air conditioning doesn’t work very well and the room is always hot. The bathroom is super small. The hairdryer does not have enough power (maybe it’s broken). I had to go to bed with damp hair every night. Location is convenient in terms of shopping and dining.

Hotel 108 is located in a busy neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is kinda small and the cleanliness is average. The room we stay in has some water damage near the window and the window is very dirty. The staff are very helpful and efficient though.

Excellent hotel stay.

A bit worried after read some really bad review about the cleaning and bugs issues. But after check in to the room, it's way better than my expectations. Pletty of room, room condition a bit dated but very clean, cozy and comfortable. The best part is the location, you can find everything you need just went downstairs. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Great location!

This hotel is located in Mongkok which is walking distance to plenty of restaurants, street food and shopping. It is about a 5 minute walk to the MTR. I would stay at this hotel again.
