日久失修。我調換了兩次房間，第三間才免強可以接受，但抽氣扇都壞了兩次。然而，客服尚算合作，盡量幫我調換房間。

講真，有一個女前台態度勁差，其他的態度還好，隔音差，換床單要兩日才換一次，冷氣唔夠凍，我明白一分錢一分貨，但客服唔係都係一分錢一分貨掛，客服係香港比人最好嘅第一印象，差到咁我相信無人會再願意再來，房細預算左，態度我真係無法接受。

兩百多就過到一晚，十分便宜，但空調漏水，電視機沒有台，要師傅上來整完一輪先有得睇，很多內地人。
