"Good location. Nice room. Spotlessly clean. Great Onsen on the rooftop. Nice size room.
Only annoying thing. We were 60 mins early for the 3pm check in. Seems now policy to give out rooms only for an extra fee. Staff clearly frustrated by the push backs from customers. Nobody was wasting money here"

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was exceptional and beyond in regards of all of angles. The location, services, comfort, performance and ambience of place and stuff were very proffessional and thoughtful. This is my new go to hotel in Tokyo!"
"Great help at reception.
Decent capsules with comfortable mattress pillow and large duvet. Good showers and toilets, plenty of towels shampoo etc 👌👌👌"
"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was centrally located to the Yamanote and Asakusa train lines. Also has a direct train route to the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. Of course the staff was impeccable. So friendly and helpful!
I really enjoyed the onsen as well but please note it is not tattoo friendly. They do provide some tattoo stickers to cover up smaller tattoos, but if you have a lot or very large tattoos, you cannot use the onsen. The breakfast and lunch buffets were very good and worth the price. Quite a few good places to eat in walking distance as well. This was my first stay at an APA hotel and I would stay there again."
