Great location , a few meters from the square. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a nice mix of modern and old architecture. Only minis is parking but easily solved with a 5 minute walk so no big issue, worth the walk.

Everything was perfect - location was ideal for Old Town, accommodation was quiet, clean and a/c was great. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Can recommend the breakfasts too - loved the Eggs Benedict. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and big. The price for the proximity to everything in Krakow can't be beat. If you're looking for a friendly clean place that's is two blocks from the main square and walking distance to so much more we highly recommend staying here. We visited from the States and there was no communication barriers. Huge thank you to the staff.
