This is a basic “no frills hotel” but it’s clean, warm, comfortable beds and great location and excellent value for money - would definitely come again

Location in the middle of the Jewish section which is very interesting. Staff excellent and friendly. Loved it. Was there 2 years ago and saw major improvements.

Ideally located in Jewish Quarter approx 15 minute walk to Old Town and castle etc. Plenty of good restaurants a 5 minute walk away. Rooms of a good size. Comfortable beds. Kettle in room and additional tea, coffee and milk available opposite reception. Plenty of options at breakfast. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Booked Salt Mine and Auschwitz tours through hotel.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. I have stayed here twice and it has been perfect each time. I would most definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kraków. No complaints at all!

Unique place to stay. Location is perfect if you want to explore the city on foot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Booking trips and rides to the airport was very flexible and easy. Breakfast was versatile with lots of options for different diets. Rooms are clean and interiors unique. Rooms are well equipped with water cooker and small fridge.

Séjours de 4 nuits à 3
Très bon séjour, hôtel proche du vieux centre (20mn a pied) et situé dans le quartier juif qui est assez animé. Chambre confortable, un peu rustique mais agréable, un peu de bruit du au plancher en bois dans certaine partie de l’hôtel mais donne un certain cachet, personnels agréables, petit déjeuner assez varié et très bon.

Lovely hotel sitated in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Super friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast with good selection of hit and cold food including gluten free. Rooms are cosy but comfortable.

Highly recommended
Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beds very comfortable. Good amenities. Large bathroom. Quaint breakfast room in basement. Excellent variety of meats, cheese, eggs, breads, cereal, fish, salads, cakes etc. All freshly prepared. Just around corner from the square. In Jewish Quarter. Walkable distance to most places but trams and buses nearby.

kleines aber tolles Hotel in bester Lage
Tolle Lage in Kasimierz, kleines, bescheidenes Hotel ohne großen Schnickschnack, aber mit allem was man braucht, und tollem, riesigem Frühstücksangebot. Super Preis-Leistung, ein großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, ich war sehr zufrieden.

Nice and charming hotel in the center of Krakow
Hotel Eden was centrally located in Krakow's Jewish Quarter, within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, public transport and Krakow's Old Town. The area around the hotel was safe and quiet with a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The guest rooms were large and comfortably furnished with a desk, work chair, minibar and a large and comfortable bed. The interior seemed somewhat old, but was well maintained and in good condition. The bathroom was simple but conveniently decorated and there was a good selection of towels and toiletries. The cleanliness was very good, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. This is to avoid the spread of infection. The hotel's common areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a rich selection of both hot and cold dishes. The dishes seemed to be homemade and there were some variations from day to day, which helped to lift the impression. The staff in the breakfast room appeared friendly and attentive. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive. It should be mentioned that the hotel is not a new and trendy hotel, but that it has an old charm and a high level of service. I would visit the hotel again and can safely recommend it to other travelers.

Super lokalizacja na krakowskim Kazimierzu . Wokół bardzo dużo fajnych knajpek i lokali - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Sam hotel raczej skromny ale bardzo czysty z nadzwyczajnie uprzejmą obsługą i śniadaniem w cenie. Rewelacyjny stosunek wartości do ceny. W Krakowie warto wybrać Kazimierz wszystko w zasięgu spaceru i fajny klimat

Fantastisk kvarter. hotel i historiske bygninger
Perfekt placering midt i det historiske jødiske kvarter. Det var grunden til at vi valgte dette hotel. Hotellet er i gamle bygninger, og passer fint med omgivelserne. Virkelig en god Vibe / atmosfære i kvarteret med hyggelige restauranter, barer, små områder med street food. Vi elsker dette område i Krakow. Dette var 2. besøg, men bestemt ikke det sidste.
