The stay was good and the location was close to the centre of Krakow to travel by Tram in under 15 minutes making everything within easy reach.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was awesome -we booked without but paid on the morning 2 days out of 4. Our main gripe was our room appreared to be one of 3 on that floor without a shower - we asked to be moved but they were fully booked apart from one room in a higher price band or one in the lower. After checking the room images on my booking it shows pictures of both type of bathroom but it's not obvious. We really missed having a shower especially when the 'bath shower head' decided to rise up like a demented snake and soak all of my clean clothes. Other down point was the very slow tv. Location was good,30-40 min walk to old town - recommend going by the river. We would stay again if we decide to come back to Krakow.

Fantastic hotel! I liked the hotel is fully renovated and looks like new! The rooms have plenty space and the swing pool is very nice to have .. staff are very nice and helpful. The good options for restaurants just at the ground floor is amazing

The breakfast has a lot of choices. There is self parking outside the hotel, everyday after 8pm to 10am and Sunday all day is free parking so no need to pay the hotel for their underground parking if you go on a weekend. The hotel is clean and modern and rooms are spacious, overall a very good choice.

It is in a really fancy, new part of town. Its a "city within a city". Fun place to hang out for locals and people from out of town alike. Free access to the sauna and pool is really awesome!

It’s a fantastic place where I would love to stay during my next visit. It’s child friendly, clean and comfortable . The staff are polite and helpful as it is generally accustomed in Poland. The thing which makes this place the most attractive for me is Spa centre.

Loved this property, rooms lovely and by far the best ever breakfast I have ever had in a hotel - worth staying here just for that. Only tiny grip would be tea / coffee facilities do not appear to be replenished in the room meaning that you need to ask reception for coffee sachets and creamer. Location is slightly out of the main area meaning you need to get a tram and walk for approx 5-10 mins from whichever stop you use. This wasnt a problem for us as used to using public transport options abroad but maybe if you are not so confident.

Overall a good experience

Overall out stay was great. We were celebrating our anniversary and hotel had taken that in to consideration with a small gift. Room was clean and better than expected. Staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was ok, not great but good enough. The minus in our trip was that our requests about early check in were fully ignored. I had sent 2 messages well before arrival and during online check in I told that we are coming bfore the regular check in time. However this was not taken in to account and we had to wait for 3 hours in the lobby of the hotel.

Comfortable hotel complex outside city center

Came for a conference and found the hotel complex pretty impressive. Loved the architectural factory aesthetic, lots of restaurants, and while I didn't use the spa/pool others said it was excellent. My room was large and the bed really comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet. I was told I didn't have conditioner or body lotion because to save the environment by having less plastic bottles in the room but some of the other rooms had them and I had to go out and buy these items so their logic is off. The bathroom door is rigged to fully shut which I found incredibly annoying and had to prop it open with a bag. Staff in the hotel bar seemed to have contempt for customers but front desk staff were great. So some things were wonderful, others need improvement. Overall I was glad to stay there and would return in future.

Stayed five nights with husband and two teenagers. Chose due to spa facilities which were excellent. A short Uber ride from the Old Town. It was January so hotel and other restaurants on the complex were quiet so only had a pre dinner drink in the hotel before heading to Old town for dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and informative.
