Flott enkelt hotell med super beliggenhet rett ved Markensgågate. Rent og pent. Veldig hyggelig personale, super service! Enkel, men meget god og delikat frokost. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake!

Veldig bra hotell

Innsjekking var egentlige fra kl 15:00 vi ankommet hotellet rett før 20:00 fikk en sms fra hotellet rundt 19 tiden når vi skal ankomme hotellet, de sjekket inn alt var klart da vi kom :) hyggelige ansatte. Rent og ryddig rom og grei frokost. Kommer tilbake igjen ved seinere anledning.

Budget hotel with a budget! : Terrible bed!

Yess Hotel in Kristiansand is part of the Best Western brand. The pictures posted at the Hotels.com website made me book this hotel. It is a budget hotel, yess!, but that does not mean that the comfort need to be uncomfortable. The bathroom is super small, almost not possible to move around. Cleanliness was ok. - The bed was absolutely terrible. If I am not mistaken they are using IKEA mattresses. If you have back problems I urge you to book another hotel! The hotel advertises on their website: "Vi kaller oss lavprishotellet med glimt i øyet og vi fokuserer på skinnende rene rom, deilige senger og god frokost". The breakfast buffet is very limited, but you will find freshly baked bread. You will find the basics, no more. As far as I could see, they did not focus to much about Covid and the need for extra cleaning. The remote control was super dirty, see enclosed picture. When I see a dirty remote control I start to question the overall cleanliness. The super positive thing about this hotel is for sure their staff. They provide excellent service! Summary: - Budget hotel - Terrible beds - Not very clean rooms - Pictures posted on Hotels.com does not reflect what you get! - Basic breakfast - Super friendly staff!

rimelig, enkelt, rent og topp service

Hotellet leverer enkelt og greit rimelig overnatting , det er ingen luksus eller ekstravaganse , men rimelig overnatting på et ryddig og rent hotell, frokosten inneholder det man trenger , sengene er bra, også har de en outstanding service hos de første som jobber der. Kommer alltid tilbake!

Hotellet passer om du ønsker et enkelt, billig men fint hotell å bo på. Gode senger og utnytting av plass, litt i underkant lite bad. Rent og ryddig. Fint om du ikkje planlegger å bruke så mye tid på hotellet, heller oppleve byen.

Hadde bestilt og betalt for et 4-mannsrom, men da de skjønte at vi kun var 3, gav de oss et knøttlite 3-mannsrom i stedet, med kun en "familiekøye". Vi fikk med nød og neppe endret til den romstørrelsen vi hadde bestilt. Dobbeltseng var smal og ikke spesielt komfortabel. Følte at gulvet var skeivt. Bad var knøttlite, men fungerte ok, selv om kran på vask var løs. Dette er et "billighotell" , og bar virkelig preg av det. Frokost var enkel, men fullt brukbar. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig. Beliggenhet var veldig bra.
