"Lovely stayvout of season. Room was a little warm and bed very average bur everything else was wonderful. Spa was very enjoyable and the breakfast & restaurant were exceptional."

"Lovely picturesque traditional hotel with friendly staff and very friendly helpful staff. Need to update to match sister hotel in krakow with usb points and the shower head was very wobbly. Definitely stay here again as so close to town and everything else. Beautiful view of the mountains "

"I love everything about this stay . Room was clean and ready early , pool and salt chamber were amazing and breakfast was delicious . I was traveling with senior mother who can’t really walk , it would be helpful to know that elevator didn’t go to pool area as I booked this hotel for her to use pool . Walking down the stairs was a challenge and floors in that area were very slippery . But over all we loved our stay . Lovely gentleman at the front desk was just charming , way nicer than girls next day ."

"Great location right in centre. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping limited, rooms were not cleaned or beds made during out 4 day stay. We had a good view from our rooms with balcony and window seats. It was lovely to look out at the light park and snowy mountains. Decent breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and spa were lovely. Just perfect to unwind after a day in the snow. There is a lot to do in Zakopane and this hotel is a great base to explore all the attractions and activities in the area. "
