Lovely hotel and great value for money. Spotlessly clean room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant is a great option for dinner if you don’t want to venture into the town. Great quality, selection and portion sizes. The only issue we can think of was that the shower leaked but fresh bath mats were provided each day so not a huge problem. Thank you!

An amazing little break

This was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant! Room we stayed in was very big with a cute little balcony but bed was very small. I think this website lists that there is no lift but there is one which was a nice surprise. There is a spa/jacuzzi but you can only use it between 17.00-22.00 and you have to pay to use it outside of that! It’s not really close to town but there are a couple of restaurants within a very short walk and a bus stop too!

Un établissement complet de belle qualité

Un excellent séjour dans un lieu charmant et impeccable. Le spa offre une vraie plus value le soir. Il manque un peu de services dans l'accueil pour réaliser des excursions mais le personnel est relativement aidant. Le restaurant est top, plats très généreux et petits déjeuners extra frais et variés. Merci !

I'd like to come again and recommend the hotel

We travelled as a couple to this hotel and really loved it. I would like to make a special mention to Artur at the front desk who looked after us right from an early arrival to caring for our bags, organising a lunch pack for the next day and was just generally really friendly and helpful. The service he gave was a great start to our stay. We booked a room with a separate living area which was a good size. The wellness area of the hotel was quite small, but we found it very relaxing. There were lots of areas - sauna, steam room, hot tub, hang out in swing chairs and relax area with beach beds. The interior of the hotel was very tastefully done and everything looked brand new.

Super hotel

Wspaniały hotel na uboczu Zakopanego. Doskonałe centrum spa, można na przyszłość dodać beczkę z zimną wodą z góry (jest balia stojąca z zimną wodą) :) pyszne śniadanie, mnóstwo potraw, ponadstandardowe. Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Jedyne nad czym obsługa powinna popracować to regulacja hydrauliki i przepływu wody pod prysznicem w pokoju (bardzo zimna lub gorąca). Na wyposażeniu pokoi pantofle i ręczniki.

Hotel nowoczesny w stylu zakopiańskim. Widać, że inwestor nie szedł na żaden kompromis jeśli chodzi o wykończenie i wyposażenie. Bez problemu dostałem śniadanie przed uruchomieniem kuchni. Miła i profesjonalna obsługa.

The hotel itself is quite nice. There is a sauna & jacuzzi, but the 2 times we tried to go there it was no usable because it was too crowded. The restaurant/breakfast is also nice; the staff there didn't speak English well and didn't look very wellcoming so that was disappointing

Kjempe koselig Hotell. Hjelpsom og hyggelig. Reint å fint rom, god seng,flott bad. Kom litt stank opp av sluk på badet første dag,men forsvant etter jeg spylte. Sikkert ikke vert brukt så ofte da det var enkelt rom. 😉

Mieszane uczucia

Ogólnie hotel bardzo ładny i nowoczesny, a zarazem wpisujący się w stylistykę góralską. Pokoje również robią bardzo dobre wrażenie. Jedynie na minus wpływa działanie prysznica- nie ma możliwości ustalenia konkretnej temperatury wody, na zmianę leci albo gorąca albo zimna. Dużym problemem jest również ciśnienie wody. Dodatkowo talerz od deszczownicy zawieszony jest na wysokości ok.185 cmco sprawia, ze dla wyższych osób jest to duże utrudnienie. Bardzo źle oceniamy obiadokalcje. Były mało urozmaicone i po prostu niesmaczne, ich jakość pozostwiała wiele do życzenia. 3/4 dni obiadokolacja była podawana z bemarów, dlatego odradzamy wykupowanie tej opcji. Lepiej zjeść na mieście. Z hotelu nie ma żadnych widoków, więc jeśli ktoś od rana chce podziwiać panoramę Tatr przy kawie to hotel Gold nie będzie dla niego dobrym wyborem. Mimo zapewnionego miejsca parkingowego zdarzają się problemy z jego dostępnością. Ogólna ocena to 6/10.
