Affordable stay close to shops.
The hotel is located on the main strip of Kuala Belait town so easy access to shops and eateries nearby.
Very friendly staff. Check-in was quick. Stayed in Room 208 which accommodated three of us. Room was of an adequate size. View from the room was of the building next door. Quiet and clean. Housekeeping were quick in dealing with request for an extra set of towels.
Bathroom was clean. The shower area contained a small window with venetian blind.
Bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep.
It was a pleasant stay.

The room was clean but aircon system was terrible. Had to be moved from one room to the next. Near the end of the stay, the entire electrical system shut down and I had to walk the stairs to my room to the 6th floor. Breakfast was awful. My husband and I had half of it. The front desk staff doesn't seem to understand some of the things they're doing. An additional tax charge was incurred after Expedia already charged tax for hotel. Explanation was not clear.
