“Stayed here a few times now and generally love it , but some things now letting it down in terms of maintenance and upkeep . Showers in the spa need urgent work”

“Room furnishings are very dated and in a state of disrepair e.g. stained carpets, furniture drawers wonky and not closing properly, door handles coming off, the list is endless! I had to request a change of room which was slightly better and the in-room safe didn’t work. And when explaining this to staff I was asked what colour the safe was and was then met with an ‘ah, ok’, as if they expected it not to be working from the colour it was, remarkable! Evening meal was no better than supermarket...

“The breakfast menu & main menu very disappointing Only one coffee machine first morning then second morning not one coffee machine !!!! Jugs hot water coffee in 'flask' Staff were wonderful , not their fault couldn't do more felt management waste time !”

“Stayed here for work. Easy to find, lots of parking and a nice quirky building. Good Bar and great stafff. Room a little dusty. Evening meal absolutely out of the park good- I'll be staying here from now on for this reason alone. ”
