But the views were magnificent.Expedia accused us of missing the checkout time and threatened us with additional charges. Would have been good if they had asked nicely first as we could easily prove we left on time instead o going straight to threats "

"We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating."
