Nice upon entry, really well catered and nice breakfast. I felt the bed was too hard but that’s a preference and the traffic noise through the night didn’t give me a decent sleep

Our room was clean with two large beds. Bottle water and capsule coffee are complementary, but other snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge are extra costs. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have a chance to try. The gym was well equipped and had plenty of room for several guests. Unfortunate for us, there was a planned power outage morning to mid-afternoon on one of the days of our stay.

We had the absolute best time during our stay at the InterContinental! From the moment we stepped through the doors, the concierge team set the tone for a flawless visit, they were consistently so kind, polite, and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s location was exceptionally convenient, with everything we wanted to explore right nearby. Each morning started on a high note because the breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a incredible selection that made every meal a treat. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was how thoughtfully the staff celebrated our wedding anniversary. We made use of their spa service which was a wonderful experience at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond to make us feel special by beautifully decorating our room and surprising us with a delicious cake. This was genuinely the best stay ever. Thank you to the entire InterContinental team for making our wedding anniversary so extraordinarily special! We can't wait to come back.

The staff was extremely helpful with assisting with my luggage and opening doors. They also assisted in ordering taxis for me. Staff were well dressed and spoke good English, communication is key. The room is faultless. It was cleaned perfectly with symmetrical precision. Highly recommend staying here as it’s within 5 minute walk to KLCC and next to an LRT station for easy travel.
