All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room (one bedroom suite) was fantastic. Pool on 18th floor was great. Both the Pavilion Mall and the Suria Mall are within easy walking distance of the hotel. No complaints

The location and rooms were great but it felt like the property ad seen better days. Everything felt a little run down.. There was sufficient but very limited cutlery and crockery and lots of the equipment in the gym was out of order. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Location was brilliant

A 5-star facility maybe 15 yrs ago but still good

Room is great except for the condition is getting old. It is a state of the art facility maybe 15 years ago, but you can see the aging of the furnitures and setup in the kitchen and restroom. Other than that, security is good and service/security staff are great.

Amazing apartment. Amazing location. Very clean and comfortable suites. Highly impressed with every tiny amenities in the apartment. In 2 bedroom suites we had 2 baths, 2 king beds with top quality bedding. 4 AC controller. Living room was amazing. Nice couch, great views. Kitchen was great as well. Expected some more small pans but that is not a bummer. Beyond expectations was active connection of Netflix and multiple TVs. Super fast WiFi. Highly recommended place.

Good location, overall state poor

Our first room was a disaster. The room was literally falling apart with humidity on the walls, the ceiling breaking down and falling on the floor, broken door to the WC, etc. The front desk was very helpful and changed us rooms. The next one was okay but definitely not up to the pictures shown when we booked. Good location, but be aware the rooms do not match the descriptions or pictures.

Could be better.

Check in was poor. Took around 20 minutes for no apparent reason. I was asked for a WhatsApp number. Never used that app before and don’t want to, but they moved on from that fairly quickly and this didn’t appear to be the cause of 20 minutes of just mucking around. After the initial 20 minutes of fluffing around, they advised that they use facial recognition for access to the elevators, but their system to take my photo was not working. Therefore I had no lift access for the first few hours of my stay and had to be escorted to my room by staff. Had to have a cold shower as no hot water for no apparent reason. Otherwise clean and comfortable and great location.
