A 5 day 4 night get away @ Puchong

Hilton Garden Inn is always my preferred choice of hotel to stay in whenever I travel to KL. The rooms are spacious & clean. Hospitality is great & staff are welcoming.

Great place to stay in KL. Staff is super helpful and nice, breakfasts tasteful and not crowded, as well as the pool (nice and not crowded, taste not considered). It seems a bit far from the city center but Metro is 10 mins walk and Grab is transportation of choice. Metro costs about RM5 per person to the downtown compared to Grab’s RM30. Timewise it is 30 mins for Grab compared to 1h Metro, which is a freezer. We ended up Grabbing all trips.

Nice place but empty

The room is pleasantly tidy. While the staff was friendly during check-in, they didn't assist with our luggage despite our request. There was some confusion, so we ended up handling it ourselves for convenience. There is a mall connected next door but it’s closed down making the area a bit deserted and quiet.

The room is clean and spacious. All good except aircon is too cold even after I adjusted it to the max. temp. with lowest fan speed. Probably because of cold air coming in through the main door. Needs to switch off the aircon eventually in order to sleep well.
