Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place.

Pedestrian friendly area. Will never run out of food to eat. Lots of dessert shops. Cocktail bars, craft beer, wine places nearby. No LRT or MRT nearby but easy to get a Grab car. Rooms are spacious, clean and confortable. Suitable for long stay.

Nice cozy property. Amenities in the room was good. Layout was nice. Unfortunately the Air Conditioning was totally unacceptable... When set to 20 Deg Celsius and on Hi Setting, All it could achieve was 23.5 Deg Celsius which is nowhere near cold nor cool. When sleeping under the duvet / sheets, it was very uncomfortable.
