Nice stay overall. I enjoyed the room pool, and the rooftop bar. Upstairs pool was a circus each day and night. Maybe ban all children under 12yrs old for 1 or 2hrs before closing for the night? Location was decent was able to walk to nearby 7eleven as needed. As others have mentioned housekeeping was 3 stars at best. I had washcloths the 1st day, but NONE for the remainder of my stay (I always bring my own just in case). I looked on the maid cart 2 days in a row none to be found. While the buffet was nice many of the food tables seemed geared mainly towards a Chinese clientle. Western food was 1 regular table and 1 woman cooking eggs in 1 pan??? I mean cmon. That room seats 200 people easy. Not to mention the clientele the hotel appears to cater more to was coming over to the western food table and taking the eggs when they were being put out, every day!!! I actually had to point out to them they had 3 tables of food to choose from.
Front end staff was hit or miss. Some guys assisted you with doors, or your car door and some just pretended you weren't standing there. Finally I would not rate the room as cleaned much during the stay but moreso described as tidied up? Things appeared to be wiped down quickly which makes one hesitant to use glasses or hot water pot. I would stay again I guess? Maybe? Thank You
