We are surprised to see how low u hv rated us without further explanation or elaboration and without reveal yr identity as well. This is purely a sabotage to us. Our hotel offers a very competitive rate, as long as RM98 in KL city area with good facilities and comfortable room. There are customers that we do not understand why they chose to stay with us which they totally understand this is a budget boutique hotel but they can not accept what they are paying for. There are too many unfair reviews and ratings that are not justifiable.
