Two day stay. The pool is great. Make sure you get the "new" part of the hotel. There was no wi-fi in the old section and it was in poor condition. The new section was much better.

Setakat ni, secara keseluruhan kefahaman sy, mereka masih dlm penambah baik lg hotel tersebut kerna masih byk kekurangan tuk bilik pilihan sy waktu itu. buat masa ni sy mendapati, pool sgt trjaga dengan baik cuma hanya kanak2 yg kurang ketingian dari 120cm perlu ado penjaga.

Very poor management, unpleasant meeting with an unprofessional and rude assistant manager named Suci. Had an accident with an unwell 9 month baby, and suggested to keep the deposit to replace the hotel old and scruffy sheets. This was communicated at check out, when in a hurry for the airport. Though the people cleaning and working in the kitchen are great, do not stay here. There are many hotels in the area and this was a Very bad experience.

Horrible hotel

This is a worst hotel I ever stayed for vacations. The hotel room is very run down. Aircon was very noisy throughout our stay that we could not sleep. Wall was not sound proof and could hear people from the food outlet below talking till early morning even we were staying at level 7. We booked for 3 people in a room but was provided with only 1 bath towel which was very smelly. Fortunately we stayed one night. Will not stay or recommend this hotel to friends.

Finns två skilda byggnader. Från bilderna verkar det som att de rum man bokar är på de "nya" hotellet men när jag checka in sa de att min bokning gjorts i den gamla bygga en men att jag kunde få ett rum i nya byggaden fast då utan fönster. Sov där 1 natt till jag talade med manager dagen därpå och krav e det jag betalat för och av det kön bokningsbild bekräftat. Håll uppkik! Super snäll manager! Frukost ytterst tråkigt men riktigt på alternativ, inget dock för veganer än apelsin.

Worst hotel that I ever stay

Hotel not bright enough. Room having funny smell. Slept around 1:30am n woke up around 2:30am to request to change room because hands n legs were bitten by the insects till swallon . Scary

A hotel situated next to PWTC Tun Razak

The staff were friendly and you don't have to worry about food as there are quite a few choices of Malay foods and they were all delicious. I think they do have nasi kandar but I did not try it. It is next to PWTC Tun Razak but it is a little further from the main PWTC but you can always hail a cab or grab your way there. Overall, the hotel atmosphere and conditions are good but it could be improved by having toilet that does not give odour smell and to monitor on the condition of the room door. We faced it when our room 408 could not be opened easily. Hopefully the staff will give the room 408 a required maintenance. Breakfast was alright. Overall, thumbs up!!

Low budget, no frills hotel

You get what you pay for - a low budget, no frills hotel, OK if you need to be in that area. We were on business at the PWTC, a short walk away. Not near to major tourist areas; Monorail is about 10-15min walk, best to use Grab as its difficult to get taxis on the street. A few good restaurants in the street, but no international choice if you don't like local food. Rooms are OK, kept clean. Staff are friendly, but it can be a bit noisy depending on the tour parties. Free Internet with good speed.

Convenient!

My stay was amazing there. There were plenty of restaurants around the area. It is also only a walking distance to the sunway putra mall which is nice. The area also seems secured and safe. The front hotelier helped me to print out my train tickets also. The room is a bit dusty but its not too bad. Will definitely come again!

Nice hotel close to the PWTC

It is a very nice experience during my stay at this hotel. This hotel gives me comfort and it is near to the PWTC as I choose this hotel due to the conference that I have to attend there. I can walk there and it make my day easier because I don’t have to drive there and stuck in a jam.
