This property is very run down and poorly maintained. The staff are very courteous and kind but know they are in a loosing situation. Examples; no wifi on upper floors, the elevator only worked sporadically, the carpets and walls in the halls and rooms was stained and damaged, the lobby restaurant is very limited. This facility needs to go to a new Hotelier that can get it back into shape as it is in a good location.

this was a good hotel, and compared to the other four hotels in the area that I've been to is was fairly clean, though not really in my mind. The bigest drawback to this hotel is the location, there are no bars, resturants or entertainment around.

The room was not ready so we had to wait for 45mins before we can check in. The room was not cleaned by the housekeeping after the first night although we have left word with the housekeeper as we were about to leave for the day.There was noises of furniture being moved about in the wee hours of the morning.

The room is huge. Just that the lights are dim in the suite. Breakfast was ok, choices are limited. My room was cancelled from Expedia and I was forced to pay walk in rate.

The Others really intoxicated me.Let stay at Nexus

The past stayed at Nexus were so glorious for me. Since march 2018 i never failed to have had at least one nite to stayed. But my last episode with 3nite were quite unexpected and sadden me,the happening were; 1;as regular guest, that RM20 should not be charged due to price differ between Hotel.com and Nexus. 2;i were called and were given unsweet words/sentences by personal 'i will charged u if checkef out after 1.00pm. I fully understand and acknowledge regarding that particular issues. Therefore personals should do the conversation in the most hospitality method. Thanks and regards

good stay , near factory area. But, the breakfast too late to start . we leaving 7am . The hotel staff say breakfast start at 7am. Can try to adjust to 6.30am . because a lot of Business people leaving early avoid traffic jam.

The Best hotel room by far in Malaysia.

Stayed here countless times. Everything is Good Right from the front office service to the room itself. The only set back is far from amenities.. i always Grab to Sunway Which cost at 15rm. So I always packed extra food/titbits/drinks in case I get Hungry at nite.

Bekväm kuddar med tråkigt läge

Vi hade inte en aning att det låg tre mil ifrån "stan" när vi bokade. Då hade vi inte valt det eftersom det kostar en del att ta sig fram och tillbaka. Räkna minst 100 myr. Kuddarna var väldigt bekväma och rummen stora och fräscha. Vårt rum hade fönster mot en fabrik som spelade bröllops-låten dag som natt. Maten var inte god. Det enda bra var egentligen rummets bekvämlighet. Hade inte skadat om de hade en pool.
