Totally Incompetent

When arriving at this hotel I was told by two hotel staff that I had not made any booking online and they demanded immediate payment before they could provide me with a room. l showed them paper work to support my argument and they then took over 20 minutes to find my online booking. What a joke! Totally incompetent as far as I can see. Would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. No staff to assist me to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.

Air-condition has not enough strong causing the bed feel a bit hot. The location of air-condition should be next or opposite to the bed.
