Comfortable room and clean but run down property. Missing towels most days, had to call to get them. Water drain in the shower was clogged so it drained very slowly. Water could’ve been hotter.

The price reflects what you get. Great location but dated. Had a small cockroach run over me while sleeping in bed. I told the hotel and there was no follow up or apology. Breakfast is just okay. Not sure why people say that it is great.

Looks beautiful from outside and main lobby but the rooms are getting tired along with the furnishings. Pool was nice .. hotel generally quiet. The internet in our room was non existent even when they tried to fix, still nothing. Our AC unit made a real noise and were unable to fix tho they did offer us to move.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Stayed on the 10th floor overlooking the pool which was a large and nice bedroom except for the squealing kids in the pool- pool is on the 9th floor so if you wished to sit on the small balcony all you could hear was squealing. Kids will be kids. There was a very bad smell from the drains in the bathroom which we told reception about but they didn’t do anything about. Hotel doesn’t serve alcohol and it’s about 10 min walk to a bar- we like a drink after a hard days sightseeing. Breakfast was ok- more choice of fruit would be nice as would semi skimmed milk. We got a grab to most places which was cheap enough. Took a grab back to the airport as it was cheaper than the hotel had quoted. If the hotel was closer to a few more bars would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room

Very comfortable stay. Two bedroom apartment both on suite and separate toilet. Large lounge area with dining table and a separate kitchen. Washing up essentials provided but no dishwasher. Room was very tired though but clean, needs updating. Fabulous views of Kuala Lumpa. Very good choice for breakfast and plenty of it.

The room was outstanding!!!! Great size and super clean. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Morning breakfast was really good. I will stay at this hotel again for sure. Highly recommend.

The property was much better than what I expected. The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly. The buffet was also great. I had a fantastic time on this property. I think that the smiles of the staff made it even better.

WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay, mold in the shower and carpet. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Location is good, but gets congested during the day.

Excellent stay

I absolutely loved this hotel!! Great location - very close to Patrons twin towers walking distance! Every single staff were super friendly!! The breakfast buffet that was included was a hit!! We were obsessed with the freshly baked croissants they do every morning!!! Soooo goooddd!! Theres no faults about this place! All staffs made us felt welcome from beginning til end. I’ll happily stay here again! Highly recommend!!
