Indeed as for the breakfast, it is not included in the room rate booked however, guests can request for breakfast at the reception upon arrival for RM35 nett per person. Also, pertaining to the deposit, indeed it's a hotel policy to collect the refundable RM100 deposit and this amount will be returned to the guest upon departure. Dear Melvin, We are truly apologise for your bad experience during your stay. We can't help you for the inconvenience that is not directly toward us. We understand that the multijunction here leads you the wrong way but it is under your skills on how you interprate the maps on your device. There is 24hrs parking service available. Our indoor air conditioning can manually set the fan speed to low, medium or high. Our frondesk service is limited till midnight. After midnight you may call the number on the counter for assistance. However we admitted that during high occupancy, our make up room slightly late as we need to prepare the arrival room at first. Thank you
