We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt very comfortable during our two-week holiday. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The only negative was that I sent several messages prior to our stay through Expedia requesting a late checkout and never received a response. However, this was resolved on arrival and we were allowed to keep the room for an additional two hours for free.

I stayed at Somerset Kuala Lumpur for three months from May to July 2025, and it was an exceptionally comfortable experience. I was so impressed by the staff's high level of hospitality that whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur now, I always choose to stay here or at its sister property, Ascott. Even when returning for just a single night a few times this year, the service has consistently been wonderful. Room & Facilities: While the facilities themselves are not brand new, they are clean and well-maintained with no issues at all. Having a bathtub is a major plus—being able to soak in a warm tub at the end of the day is a wonderful comfort, especially for Japanese travelers. Outstanding Hospitality: Above all, the standout feature of this property is the incredible kindness of the staff. Even after quite some time, they still remember my face and warmly greet me whenever I return, which always makes me feel so welcome and happy. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a true home-away-from-home feeling. Highly recommended for both short and long-term stays!

Nice place, great pool and tv, coffee room next to pool. Laundry room is also on the top floor. Nice rooms , kitchen, lounge, bedrooms. Just a little on the dated side. Small lobby with the smallest breakfast general seating area ever.

Extremely comfortable stay for our family of 5. Excellent suite layout to accommodate our toddler and baby - they gave us a beautiful crib. Fantastic rooftop pool and location to Linc mall, restaurants, etc. Friendly staff and very clean. Nice breakfast options too.

Still in the city but not CBD

We stayed there for 2 nights. Many restaurants nearby even grocery so we can cook simple foods. Location is near to Intermark Mall and Suria Petronas. Silent and not too crowded.

The lap pool on the roof top was great as well as the other pool. Quiet and nice view. The room was bigger than expected and very spacious and quiet! Beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay there and will come back when I need to go to KL. Also, the hotel is 10/15 min walk to the Petronas Towers so great location with malls and supermarkets and restaurants around. Perfect really!

Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices.

Would have given 5 stars if not for the cleanliness. There was a few ants crawling at the bed headboard area. Carpet cleanliness need to be better. The counter staff are friendly. Overall is fine except the ant’s incident. Attached photo of the ant crawling.
